Production, Filming: Lemongrass!!

Today, we returned to the same local neighborhood where we filmed before. The area by the school is still a very well-kept neighborhood, and there are still a lot of nice shops and restaurants to go to. We started by meeting at the same Dairy Queen and then walked around to scout out new locations to film. We found a few spots that we thought would work well, including a park with some nice houses in the back.

After finding our locations, we spent some time setting up the shots and reviewing the storyboard. It was interesting to see how much we had learned since the last filming days, and we had a better idea of what we wanted to achieve and how to execute it. This time, I played a different character, so I spent some time getting into the mindset of the new character.

Filming went smoothly, and we were able to capture some great footage. The weather was much cooler than last time, which made filming more comfortable. We also took some time to experiment with different angles and shots to add more depth and creativity to the scenes.

Once we finished filming, we decided to grab lunch at the same local restaurant called "What the Pho." We loved it so much last time that we decided to go back. I bought lemongrass chicken curry. I've had red Thai curry before but never lemongrass. Trying different foods from different cultures is always a fun experience, and this restaurant definitely did not disappoint.

Overall, it was another enjoyable day of filming in this local neighborhood. We're excited to see how the footage turns out and how it will contribute to the final project. It's incredible how much work goes into each shot, but it's all worth it in the end. We're fortunate to have such a supportive and creative team to work with, and we're excited to see what we can accomplish together in the future.
