Elements I would like, and what I would use:
I am a big fan of the general idea of thriller films. They give the audience a thrill, make them feel alive. I like the feeling the movies give me and the kind of atmosphere they create. We will definitely be using aspects like that from the thriller genre.
Elements I don’t like, and I wouldn’t use:
Some elements I am not a fan of overall or not use mainly boil down to the common connection to horror movies that thrillers have. We are not planning to make a horror movie, we are planning more of an action-type thriller. Therefore certain aspects of thrillers we will not use in our movie. For example, we are not planning on using any handheld camera shots in our film.
