Partners

 For the movie project this year i decided to work with different partners than i did last year. Last year I did not feel like my group contributed evenly to the final task. This year I choose to work with a new friend I had made that I know I can trust to work together on this with. This year i am working Nurdlie, Kennedy, Naturelle.

Nurdlie and I met through a friend of mind and we instantly hit it off. We had a lot more in common than we thought. We share multiple classes together. In both of these classes we are able to talk to eachother quite alot, study hall and Media studies. We do our work together in study hall offering eachother motivation. In media studies we do alot of group work and that leads to us conversing alot. 

Naturelle is someone who I had only interacted with once prior. Though our interaction was very brief she was very pleasant and I immediately liked her. She and nurdlie had been friends for a long time prior and had worked on the assignment last year. I watched their movie and it was very well put together so I was inclined to work together with her. 

Now kennedy i knew previously as “the sleepy friend”. As a few of my friends had her in my english class. She always seemed sleepy or was sleeping when I saw her but was also very friendly. She also i know now runs track which i think is a very cool hobby. 

Overall i am very much looking forward to working with my group this year on our full length short film. I have confidence and my and my team’s ability to produce a movie we are all proud of .

       For the second project we were assigned I decided to work in a group. My group consists of Jorge Lopez, and Christian Bundalevski. I typically like working in group settings because I feel like the different perspectives help provide a better final product. Obviously, I have had group projects in the past that were not so stellar experiences but I feel as if this project will go much more smoothly. Being able to choose groups is very nice as opposed to the teacher deciding.  Jorge Lopez, I have known for many years. We first became friends in the 5th grade and stayed friends all throughout middle school. We ended up going to the same high school together and spent much of last year in discord calls together along with another friend, but that is a story for another day. Production: The final Blog!!!, Film completed !!!

  Working on a short film with a team for class can be both exciting and challenging. You get to collaborate with your classmates and bring your creative visions to life. However, it can also be stressful at times, especially when the deadline is approaching. We kinda cut it a little close but we made it!! But after weeks of hard work and countless late nights, we finally finished our short film! It was an incredible feeling to see our ideas come to life on screen. We were all proud of what we had accomplished together. There were many different roles within our team, from writing the script to filming and editing. We all had to work together and communicate effectively to make sure everything was on track.
